Custom and personalized orders

Yes please! I am always happy to make something only for you, so do not hesitate to contact me about custom orders. Custom orders can take longer than standard orders, ask and I will give you a price and time range, when your order can be fulfilled. I start work on the order only when it is fully paid. You will receive a link to your custom listing with all agreed details and pricing in it.

The sizing in different countries and even between different shoe brands is not consistent. I suggest measuring your feet by tracing them on a piece of paper with your full weight on the foot you are tracing. Make sure to keep the pencil/pen at 90 degrees to the surface of the paper. Measure the longest distance between your heel and toes and add that number into the notes when ordering.

Please leave your phone number with the order if you opt for express delivery. Packages sent by courier take 2-3 days to reach their destination (do not forget to take into account the production time).

Ready to ship items will be shipped 1-3 working days after payment. Made to order items will be made and shipped in 10-20 days. In Holiday seasons, due to large amount of orders, making of custom orders can take longer.
