When will my item ship?

When an order is received, it has a processing time and then a shipping time. "Processing" is the time it takes for us to handmake, package, and deliver your completed order to the Post Office. "Shipping" is the time it takes for the Post Office to deliver the item to your address. Most items in our shop have a 1-4 business day processing time. A few items are a little longer. Average shipping time is 3-5 days. We are not responsible for delayed shipping through the USPS.

I've ordered multiple items...is my shipping cost correct?

I have worked hard to get the shipping rates as accurate as possible. We do offer combined shipping!! When you purchase more than (1) item in the same transaction, each additional item will have a reduced shipping cost. Etsy's system automatically calculates shipping for your entire purchase during check-out. We are always trying to save our customers money...so when it's economically advantageous, we ship using Flat Rate Mailers. The shipping price charged also includes a small fee for shipping and packaging materials needed for your package to arrive safely. **We happily refund shipping overages of $2.00 or more**
