I'm always happy to discuss custom designs! I have access to a wide range of settings and gemstones beyond what's listed in my shop. At this time, I’m only considering custom gold jewelry designed from scratch (new designs). Feel free to reach out if you're interested. Please note: Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. For return eligibility on non-custom items, please refer to individual listings. Regarding returns: All requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Regarding lost packages: Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of shipment.

To clean your sterling silver or solid gold jewelry, all you need to do is gently brush it with a soft toothbrush, warm water and mild detergent, like dish soap, then rinse and dry with a tea towel. To keep the silver or gold looking shiny and new, just polish with a polishing cloth made for gold and silver, these are inexpensive and easy to find.

Cubic zirconia quality

The 6A rated cubic zirconias that I use in my jewelry are the finest diamond simulants you can find for the price. They are truly "precision faceted" to look as close to a diamond as possible. The vast majority of czs are not faceted this way. My czs are made from superior quality rough that will not cloud up over time, since this is caused by czs being made from inferior material that has many tiny bubbles which pop over time causing the cloudiness.

White cz vs. Near colorless cz

Most cubic zirconias (CZs) are cut from cz rough that mimics the icy brilliance of a D-color diamond—the highest grade on the color scale. However, some of my pieces feature rare “near colorless” CZs that resemble the warmer tones of G–J color diamonds. These stones have a subtle tint that adds realism and depth, making them nearly indistinguishable from natural diamonds at a glance. It’s important to note: CZ color grading isn’t an exact science. While I carefully select stones based on visual similarity, the grading is subjective and may not align perfectly with diamond standards. Still, these near colorless CZs are uncommon and highly convincing—ideal for those who appreciate a natural-looking sparkle without the premium price tag.

Difference between Portuguese and Old European Cut

OECs have a large culet (flat bottom facet), small table, and 58 chunky facets that sparkle beautifully in low light. Portuguese cuts also feature a small table and high crown, but with 161 facets—they glitter intensely. OECs are traditional diamond cuts; Portuguese cuts are used for light-colored gems and often have a deeper pavilion. My CZs are adapted to fit diamond-style settings, so crown height and pavilion depth may vary slightly from originals.

Gemstone authenticity, grading and certification

I only sell gemstone jewelry that is set with either genuine (treated but real) or natural (untreated and earth-mined). If a stone is lab-created, I always disclose that—and I never label lab stones as genuine. All my gems are sourced from reputable dealers, and any grading noted reflects the dealer’s assessment. I do not offer third-party certification, as it would significantly increase the cost. That said, I stand fully behind the authenticity of every stone I sell.

Sterling Silver & Tarnish: What to Know & Avoid

All sterling silver can tarnish over time. This is a natural reaction between the metal’s alloys and moisture, chemicals, or even your skin’s pH. Tarnish isn’t permanent—a quick swipe with a polishing cloth usually restores the shine. To help prevent tarnish, avoid the following: • Wearing jewelry while applying hair dye or chemical treatments • Showering with your jewelry on • Contact with lotions, hairspray, oils, or sunscreen • Exposure to sweat, bleach soaps, eggs, onions, and other reactive substances • Certain medications, including antibiotics • Wearing jewelry 24/7 without breaks • Swimming in pools, hot tubs, or the ocean • Household cleaning products • Leaving jewelry out in the open—store it in a baggie when not worn

Metal Quality & Composition

I work exclusively with solid .925 sterling silver and solid 10k or 14k gold—never plated brass or costume metals. My white gold pieces are not rhodium plated, as that process requires hazardous chemicals I don’t use at home. Many of my white gold items are nickel-free, and I’m actively updating listings to reflect that. If a listing doesn’t specify, feel free to reach out for details.
