AGNES PILLOW

Our pillows are hand made using naturally dyed scrap fabric in our Detroit studio. Available with or without insert!

The Process:

Each pillow is cut, dyed and sewn in our studio. We use the acacia wood, wattle, chestnut, pomegranate rind and iron to achieve these colors. Linen pieces are dyed by hand in small batches. Care Information:

All pillows are pressed and gently folded before sending to you. Linen is naturally wrinkly, so no need to press as that is part of the beauty of the fabric. ***Spot clean only.***

Shipping:

We ship as plastic free and low waste as possible by using recycled paper padded mailers, and 100% recycled, 50% consumer waste made poly mailers when necessary.

Sustainably Crafted:

We utilize sustainability conscious practices to limit water usage and fabric waste in our production. We work exclusively with plant dyes and natural fibers, both of which are compostable. Rosemarine Textiles is committed to sustainable and ethical sourcing of all fabrics, dye materials and packaging. All packaging can be reused or recycled. For bridal bouquets we recommend about 3 yards for a small to medium draping effect and 5 yards for a long dramatic drape. On a bridesmaid bouquet we use about 2.5 yards per bouquet - one spool should be enough for two bridesmaid bouquets. Boutonnieres use about 10"-15" of ribbon. For invitations we recommend estimating about 18" per invitation if tying around a card in a bow.

Your Rosemarine Textiles ready-to-ship order will ship within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following business day. All orders are shipped USPS Priority and fully insured. Please notify us with any requests for rush shipment at a small fee. Made to order pieces may take between 1-2 weeks to produce depending on order queue. For latest made to order turnaround times, please shoot us an email. Beautiful pillow covers! The colors feel very *alive* and I really appreciate that they were created using scrap fabric (back of the pillow is in two colors and also looks beautiful). The creativity, care and Love that went into making them can be felt and I am grateful to have these unique works of art in our home.
