Personalised and custom orders are always welcome. Just send us a quick message and we can work with you to create your bespoke order.

As all of our items are made to order and a large majority personalised we're therefore unable to accept returns on orders. Please make sure to check any sizing and colour information on the product page, you will find this throughout each products page.

My order hasn't arrived yet

Unfortunately there are occasions when parcels go missing in the post. Replacement orders cannot be issued until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 working days for EU and International. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. We must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we are unable to replace orders.
