Acrylic Sheets (1/8") - CO2 Laserable - Glowforge Pro and Plus

These are gorgeous 1/8" thick acrylic sheets. These are the same sheets we use with our Glowforge machines. All our sheets are 1/8" (3 mm) thick except for the "White 2 mm" sheets which are 2 mm thick.

All sheets have protective masking and cut excellent with the Glowforge Basic, Plus and Pro machines.

The Full Sheet (12x20) exact size is 11 3/4" x 19 3/4" or slightly larger, sized perfectly to fit into a Glowforge laser bed with a full camera view with each cut.

The Half Sheet (12x10) exact size is about 11 3/4" x 9 3/4" or slightly larger, sized perfectly for smaller laser beds or smaller projects.

SOLID COLOR CAST ACRYLIC SHEETS:

These are gorgeous cast acrylic sheets. They're very similar to Glowforge Proofgrade acrylic sheets. We use these same sheets with our Glowforge machines. All the solid color sheets are 1/8" (3 mm) thick except for the "White 2 mm" sheets which are 2 mm thick.

The 1/8" thick sheets cut great on Glowforge "Medium Black Acrylic" material setting. We recommend the "Medium White Acrylic" Glowforge cut setting for the "White 2 mm" sheets.

All the sheets are paper masked on both sides except the "White 2 mm" sheets which are plastic (laser safe) masked on both sides.

The color is the same on the front and back of all the solid color acrylic except the gold glitter sheets which have a glittery gold front and a yellow (non-glitter) back. The silver sheets are glittery silver on both sides with one side slightly more glittery than the other side.

Frosted is a name for sheets that have a matte finish on at least one surface. Our frosted sheets are available matte finish on one side and the other side glossy (Frosted 1-Side).

MIRROR ACRYLIC SHEETS:

The mirror sheets are paper or plastic (both laser safe) masked on the front side and the gray backing side is unmasked.

We recommend cutting the mirror sheets by inverting your design and placing the front (paper or plastic) side in contact with the honeycomb tray (gray backing closest to the laser). Our mirror acrylic can be cut on Glowforge "Medium Black Acrylic" setting but often cuts best on Glowforge "Medium White Acrylic" material setting. Practice cuts are recommended as cutting ability varies based on variables such as dirty lenses and mirrors which can decrease power and affect the quality of your cuts.

IRIDESCENT ACRYLIC SHEETS:

The iridescent sheets are transparent yet display a dazzling rainbow of colors. Depending on the light source, background and viewing angle, the colors vary greatly. On a light colored background surface the Iridescent Blue sheets can look red and the Iridescent Red sheets can look blue.

The iridescent sheets are masked on both sides with blue plastic (laser safe) on the iridescent coating side and paper or clear plastic (both laser safe) on the other side.

Our iridescent acrylic can be cut on Glowforge "Medium Black Acrylic" setting but often cuts best on Glowforge "Medium White Acrylic" material setting. Practice cuts are recommended as cutting ability varies based on variables such as dirty lenses and mirrors which can decrease power and affect the quality of your cuts.

DOUBLE-SIDED GLITTER ACRYLIC SHEETS

The front and back of each sheet is glitter.

The sheets are paper or plastic (both laser safe) masked on each side.

The double sided glitter sheets can be cut on Glowforge "Medium Black Acrylic" setting.

PEARL ACRYLIC SHEETS:

The pearl sheets are pearl on both sides and glossy on both sides.

They are paper masked on both sides.

The pearl acrylic sheets cut great on Glowforge "Medium Black Acrylic" material setting.

PASTEL ACRYLIC SHEETS:

The pastel sheets are frosted (matte) on one side and glossy on the other side.

They are paper masked on both sides.

The pastel sheets cut great on Glowforge "Medium Black Acrylic" material setting.

GLOWFORGE AURA and SPARK and XTOOL LASER CUTTERS

We don't recommend our sheets for diode laser machines (such as the Glowforge Aura, the Glowforge Spark and xTool diode laser machines) because diode lasers only cut certain acrylic colors and we have not yet tested our sheets using a diode laser.

The Glowforge Aura and Spark and xTool laser cutters have a diode laser that will not cut through all acrylic colors. Diode lasers primarily cut opaque acrylic and some darker colors. Diode lasers will not cut clear acrylic, clear-based acrylic or transparent acrylic. At this time we do not have a complete list of which of our acrylic colors can be cut on machines with a diode laser cutter.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from the date the order is placed. Items must be returned in their original condition (e.g. unpeeled and uncut). Upon return of an item(s) a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs (we don’t pay or reimburse for return shipping). The customer may return using any preferred shipping service (i.e. USPS, FedEx or UPS). Returns of $100+ are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
