Depends on the shape of your head. We took the photo under natural light without any filter or styling, we just shake the wig and comb it for photo. It is as natural and as real as it can be. However, new wig needs some works in order to fit you perfectly. You can cut or trim the wig as your own hair. Or go to a wig specialist and ask them to style it for you.

Yes. The hair is so soft, like real human hair. After you receive the wig, take it out of the bag and shake it well before use it. Shipping process might squeezes the wig a little, but it is not permanent. Let wig "breath" over night and the actual shape and style will show. If the new wig is too shinny, you can use wig powder to make it less shine, and fuller hair.

If you choose expedited service, it will come with $100 insurance automatically so no need to pay extra. First class doesn't include any insurance, only tracking number.

Good question. Please provide a safe address (ie PO BOX, or a gated address) to receive your package. Holiday season package thieves are everywhere, please protect your purchase. You know your address and surroundings better than we do. We will not be responsible for package lost or stolen. It is your buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location to receive the order without the risk of theft. Or purchase shipping insurance or signature service when you check out.

If we shipped wrong wig or your package was damaged, use your cel phone take a few actual photos and email to us, you are entitled for full refund or free replacement. No explaination needed, photos are the perfect evidence.

We do not accept buyer's remorse return due to hygiene reason. We only sell brand new wigs. Our sample wigs, used wigs and returned wigs will be donated to charity. If you changed your mind or find out the wig somehow didn't match the description, please DO NOT use the wig, contact us within 24 hours after delivery. If you contact me 7 days after delivery, I won't be able to handle your request anymore. We only sell brand new wigs.

That's very risky, here's why.

First of all, same wig color shows different on human hair vs. on synthetic hair. For example, some Platinum Blonde human hair wig looks more pale and white. But the same color number shows more golden on synthetic. So if you buy a new wig, the same color you are familiar with the old brand might confused you that you received the wrong color. That's very common. Ask questions before purchase would be a good idea.

Second, Industry hair color standard is the same, only a very small difference. But many designer add high lights or low lights mix in the wig to make it look natural like human hair. So the color you love from previous purchase might be a mixed color wig or designer private brand mixed formula.

Sooner return, faster refund.

1. If you received a wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please ship it back within 24 hours so we can over night express the correct one to you. Turn around time will be less than 3 business days from original delivery.

2. If somehow you won't be able to use the wig and it is still in sealed unopened condition, you are responsible for return postage. Post mark date on the return package should be no later than 7 days from the original delivery.

3. If we approve your return for an open bag item, please make sure return the item within 24 hours from our conversation. If over 7 days you still didn't ship the item back, your return approval will be automatically cancelled.
