How to download purchased files?

Instant download! You will automatically receive a link to download your files with all size ratios. You can also access your downloads anytime by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please message me if you have any problems finding or downloading your print. I shall arrange for direct delivery to you. ⑅⑅ If you would like to download directly to your phone, Open up your Etsy account in your mobile/tablet internet browser ( Safari / Google Chrome /etc). Navigate to Profile > Purchases and Reviews. The Etsy app on your mobile/tablet devices does not support download functionality.

How to print purchased files?

- your home printer - local print shop You can also support your local business by visiting any of your local printers too! I'm more than happy to provide the file format that your printer requires for free. Just send me a quick message. Due to copyright issues, I'm able to send any form of formats except for .ai, .eps or .psd. - online print services, for example, www.vistaprint.com, www.shutterfly.com, www.snapfish.com etc.

Which paper is best for printing images purchased at my shop?

You can use any paper you like, which is designed for printing images, I can only recommend choosing thick matte paper.

If you print it at home

Always check the image in print preview and it’s also a good idea to test print a fast draft in black and white to make sure there are no margin settings that might be off. Make sure none of the printer ink - color or black - is low.

Where else can I print my files? Can I print on canvas or tote?

Sure thing! One of the great things about purchasing my printables is that you can print on any material you choose, such as matte or glossy paper, cardstock, canvas, wood, metal, etc. As long as is personal use. You're welcome to print your files at any service of your choice! Any photo printing service will work - all the files are RGB high-resolution and are ready for printing.

Can I have a size that is not listed?

Absolutely yes. You can purchase your favourite listing and message us with your size requirement. We will email your custom size.

How to open .ZIP files?

To open your zip file, simply right click on the file and select extract file, that should open up a new folder with your JPG files.
