CANDLE CARE.

To prevent fire and serious injury, trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Burn candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Never burn the candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface.

Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop using when only 1/4 inch of wax remains. Before lighting your candle, please read the warning and burning instructions label on the bottom of your candle.

We ship our items within 1-3 business days via USPS. USPS may experience shipping delays during the holidays. We provide free shipping on orders $35+ with tracking.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES.

Due to the handmade nature of our product, we unfortunately do not accept returns + exchanges. However, please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order. If an item should arrive damaged, we must be notified as soon as the item arrives up to 24 hours upon arrival.


OTHER NOTES.

Our candles are hand poured and made in small batches. Due to the nature of our wax, you may notice “frosting” or “wet spots” where the wax has pulled slightly away from the jar. This is completely normal and will not affect your candle’s scent throw or the quality of the candle in any way.
