PLEASE NOTE - We cannot print any custom playmat designs that use Disney IP.

PLAYMAT SPECIFICATIONS
All of our playmats are printed onto 2mm neoprene and each mat measures 35cm deep and 60cm wide (aprox 14" x 24"). They are easy to store rolled up and they roll flat without any curling or creasing.
DESIGNING YOUR IMAGE:
- This is not a design service, please have a ready made image you wish to use.
- If you want me to help you create a design then we can discuss what you need but I will NOT start any work until you have purchased your custom playmat.
- If I am doing additional work for your design this will be charged at my hourly rate, my time is not free or unlimited.
IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS:
- When you have placed your order get in touch via the messenger in Etsy, to organise sending your design to me.
- Make sure your artwork is as high a resolution as possible (minimum 150ppi).
- If you can make sure your image is as close to the same ratio s as 24"x14" (12:7) that would b very helpful.
- Make sure no text or design element is placed close to the edge of the your design, leave a good amount of space to allow for any movement in the printing process (which could result in text or elements being cropped off.)
EDGE STITCHING
Due to the additional work required with adding an edge stitch to the playmats they can sometime take a bit longer to produce. I will be in touch ASAP if I think there is going to be an additional delay.

USA CUSTOMERS:
Normally our playmats to the USA are printed domestically, however our custom mats are not so postage is, sadly, much higher than for our regular mats.
DISPATCH TIMES
These mats are printed to order and sometimes take a few days longer than expected to finish production and be dispatched, this is why they have a 1-2 week dispatch time. We can print your design on a 60cm x 35cm (14” x 24”) neoprene backed, cloth topped playmat.
