These are craft grade license plates ranging from before the 1970s thru 2020 and possibly older. These are real plates that were used on vehicles (except for NOS plates which were intended for use on a vehicle). The plates you will receive might for a passenger car, truck, taxii, trailer, government vehicle, dealer,, bus, etc. There is typically something wrong with the plate but is still presentable. There may be a few dents, scratches, fading or graying of the scotchlite coating, paint overspray, torn bolt holes, etc. However, if I am out of damaged plates, I will send a nicer one for the cheaper price. The 50 state set will have at least a few excellent or mint condition plates but also a few plates that are rougher than typical craft grade. I have nicer plates in my other listings so if you want a plate with only typical wear and tear, this is NOT the listing to buy from.

I have added an option for 10 different colors. Some of these may be from the same state but will be a nice variety of colors. These will be non-graphic plates (i.e. solid color background). Some will be from Illinois, Kansas and Missouri.

The sets of 10 or 20 different states are MY choice as this is the way for me to sell excess inventory of plates for which I am overstocked.
