This is an amazing sweater pattern and is the first crochet item I’ve actually wanted to wear. Be advised: this is a LONG project, with the sport weight yarn. It took me a solid two weeks of several hours a day. The payoff is worth it though, because it’s a truly lovely texture and drape. The ONLY part of the pattern I didn’t love was that the instructions for attaching the neckline are very vague. You have to make the neckline piece a lot smaller than you think, and it has to be stretched to sew it to the neck, otherwise you’ll have a gaping neck in your sweater.
