For Signs - Be sure to check out our 'Custom Sign Listing' for more information. I do not do mock ups prior to purchasing the custom listing. This is because custom items require more time.

We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings. I'm buying as a gift. Can I leave a note for the person?

Yes!! We will gladly include a gift note with your order for the recipient! Please include what you'd like it to say in the note at checkout. Make sure to change the address to the recipients address BEFORE you checkout. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.

Are the plates glass or ceramic?

No — our plates are made from high-quality, durable medical grade polymer (plastic), not glass or ceramic. This material is lightweight and safe for children to handle. Each design is professionally printed directly onto the plate and sealed with a satin finish that gives a smooth, protective coating over the artwork.

Do you accept cancelations?

Yes as item can be canceled IF it has not been sent to production or printed. Once it's sent to production or printed, orders can not be canceled or changed. Returns are not accepted.

It really is confusing AND misleading when you put a product on to sell , claim it to be $17 and end up with a $44 bill. That plaque is not worth no $44 that’s for sure. Just not fairly presented. Cute idea though

Hi Laura! The listing offers several options through the drop-down menu, starting at $17 for the unframed print. The already framed version is obviously higher, which is the option you selected. Etsy updates the price automatically based on the option chosen from the drop down menus. The price + any applicable tax is shown to you at checkout. My prices & options are clearly shown. Nothing is unfairly presented. and I’m always available for questions if anything is confusing.
