If the parcel does not arrive within 6-8 weeks (delays can happen due to covid, conflict in Ukraine or international holidays), then I apply for a search at the local post office. money is returned only after the official announcement of the post office that the parcel is irretrievably lost.

Return of item is accepted within 3 days after receiving. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. An additional ~ € 20 return fee will be charged. The returned item must be unused, free from damage or wear marks.

Dry horizontally away from heat sources, spreading out on a flat surface, periodically turning over. An instruction leaflet is attached to each product. If the item is machine washable, this will be indicated.

The order can only be canceled before the goods are shipped. After the package has been sent, the order cannot be canceled. If you still want to cancel the order, you must make a return upon arrival of the parcel. See the "Refunds" section.
