PNG graphics are 300 dpi for high-quality printing.

Colour may vary across screens and printers. Files are created in RGB colour format.

By purchasing and downloading these digital items, you are being granted a single-user license, and are agreeing to the personal and commercial terms of use and conditions described below. Please note: purchase does NOT transfer copyright.

Acceptable Use:

Licensing is for personal and small business commercial use for PHYSICAL END PRODUCTS ONLY (e.g. tumblers, mugs, shirts, signs, etc.).

Personal use of individual designs for physical end products (items you made for yourself, family and/or friends) are unlimited.

Commercial use of individual designs for physical end products (items you made to sell through your small business) are limited to 250. In the event a design is popular for you and you exceed 250 sales, all you need to do is repurchase the file.

A Print License is required to make waterslides, sublimation transfers, and/or screenprint transfers for sale. There are two types of print licenses: 1. Lifetime Individual File Print Licenses which are available for individual files, or 2. Lifetime Shop-Wide license is available to print any designs you purchased from Lovely Lou Lou Designs. Designs will still need to be purchased to sell but will fall under your Shop-Wide License. Please message me to discuss print licensing if this applies to you.

Files can be uploaded and used with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio and/or any other design/cutting software that SUPPORTS SVG, DXF, EPS, and/or PNG files. (Please refer to each file to see which file formats are included in the individual listings. Some only come with PNG files). Please make sure you understand the file software requirements prior to purchasing as there are no refunds or returns on digital downloads due to the nature of the items.

Unacceptable Use:

Purchase includes a single-user license. As such, designs cannot be sublicensed, shared, copied, transferred, resold or redistributed in any way. This includes (but is not limited to) sharing files in Facebook groups, and/or sharing designs with Google Drive. In other words, use of files extends to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. As stated above, purchase DOES NOT transfer copyright.

Designs cannot be used (in full or part) to create ANY FORM of digital end products for digital sale/distribution.

Designs cannot be altered or modified to avoid purchasing other designs. Some examples of this include (but are not limited to):
For designs which include text, the text cannot be changed to a different saying
For damask patterns with centre icons, the centre designs cannot be swapped with other designs.
If there is a design you do not see that you would like, please contact me and I will gladly assist you. Exceptions to this include: designs are allowed to be layered on backgrounds (e.g. watercolour backgrounds), or designs without text can have sayings added to them. As a reminder, altered files cannot be digitally shared, copied, transferred, resold or redistributed. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact me.

Designs MAY NOT be used for mass production or by any third party printing/fulfillment/print-on-demand (POD) websites such as Zazzle, Cafepress, Merch by Amazon, and Redbubble etc.
