The size of our products are clearly stated in each item's detailed descriptions, and these sizes are communicated again with your proof. We even suggest using a ruler to help you visualize the size of your product.

Most signs are made from a very sturdy and hard plastic. It should last for years to come. But don't give it to your dog or throw it from a tall mountain. Our Tough Bag Tags are made from a flexible but extremely durable plastic.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrap is up to you, but we ship all our products with plenty of bubble wrap!

Once your order is placed, a custom digital 3D model will be created for you to approve, as well as to give you actual created dimensions before it is printed.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we can't accept returns. We provide a PROOF and dimensions prior to printing to insure you receive the product you want.

Exchanges will only be accepted for damaged prints. We ship our products carefully, but if your print is damaged, please contact us and send a picture, and we will get a new product printed and shipped to replace it.
