Each piece is designed and wheelthrown on the potters wheel with stoneware clay and fired to 1220℃ / 2228 F by Yasemin Ugurlu. (Instagram: yaseminugurlu_clayworks)

Since all items are handmade there might be slight variations in size and glaze color which gives them unique character.

It's modern and one of a kind design gives the cup a unique character. It's great for enjoying your morning coffee, tea as well as wine, whiskey ...etc. A perfect gift for tea, coffee and wine lovers.

All the glazes used in our pottery is lead free and food safe.

All of our pottery is dishwasher, and microwave safe.

♦♦♦ How it's made ♦♦♦

‣ Each item is thrown and shaped on the potters wheel.
‣ Then the bottom side of the object is trimmed and shaped.
‣ If the model includes a handle, the handle is attached at this stage.
‣ Then the object is left to dry.
‣ Once it's completely dry, it's biscuit fired at 1050℃ / 1922 F.
‣ Finally, the object is glazed and decorated and fired to 1220℃ / 2228 F.

I absoulety love this cup/tumbler! I bought this and the white one at the same time, this one for my sister but kept it for myself. It is exactly as the picture shown, is sturdy, expectations more than met! It was packed very well and I was very surpised how quickly it got here considering it came from Istanbul. It is truly functional art.
