Also, if you downloaded the file to your phone, then you can take your phone to the printer to upload the file or upload the file to an online printing service.

Some of the artwork in my shop has a PDF file that you download from Etsy. This PDF just has a Dropbox link on it. Etsy limits shops to 5 file attachments so artwork that has more than 5 files, I have uploaded them to Dropbox. Please click on the blue link on this PDF and it will take you to Dropbox. You do not need a Dropbox account in order to download these files.

Do NOT use the Etsy App as the Etsy App will not enable you to download your files. Please sign on to your Etsy Account using your browser (Safari,Chrome Firefox). Once you are in your account using your browser then click on this link http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases and you will be able to download your files! Also, if you purchased as a "Guest", your purchases will not show up in "Purchases" even if you have an Etsy account. Etsy will send you an email so that you can download your files.
