When will my order ship?

Most of my items are made to order. Usually I ship within 3-5 business days. (this does not include delivery time). PLEASE check your address. I ship to the address provided by Etsy. I can't take any responsibility for lost packages due to wrong or incomplete addresses. If your package returns back due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, I will contact you to arrange reshipping. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred.

Prices are exempt from VAT - small business owner (art.1 comma 58 legge 190/2014)
