Buyer is responsible for providing a correct address. Please contact us as soon as you realize that you entered an incorrect address. Once the package is shipped, we cannot change the address anymore.

My order has been Returned to Sender / In case the package is back to us

If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail (due to the address being incorrect, inaccessible, the addressee away or unknown, or because it is not collected from the sorting office etc.) I can either issue a refund or re-ship the item. Please note that shipping fee cannot be refunded, or extra shipping fee might be requested for re-shipped items. If the tracking shows that an order has been delivered, unfortunately I can't offer a refund.

Each of our autumn decor candles is hand poured using 100% natural soy wax.

Our soy wax pumpkin candles are made using all natural ingredients, only soy wax and natural wicks.

Soy wax is vegan friendly and biodegradable. It burns cleaner and up to 50% longer than paraffin wax.

Each candle is one of a kind as it is poured by hand. Some frosting, air bubbles and minor imperfections can therefore be expected.

Please note that wax candles liquefy, please burn on a marble piece, ceramic plate or glass.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
