Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. For returns or exchanges due to changing your mind, buyer is responsible for return shipping. For undelivered items or items damaged during transit, please message me! Refunds will only be given once returned items are received. As with most things, there are always extenuating circumstances, if you have any questions, please reach out through Etsy message!

I purchased twice from your shop shipping to the same address, can my orders be shipped together to save on shipping costs?

In most cases, yes! I’m happy to combine your orders provided neither have shipped yet. I try to catch multiple orders to the same address, but sometimes I miss things so if you want to guarantee I combine your orders, please reach out through Etsy message with your order numbers. The extra shipping cost paid (minus any additional cost from heavier packaging) will be refunded to you at the time of packaging.

Oh no! My shipping address is incorrect!

Oops! Sometimes our fingers slip, and mistakes are made. If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, contact me ASAP to update the address before your package is mailed. Address changes to a completely different street, city, or state may require cancelling and re-ordering to qualify for Etsy protection, which protects both buyer and seller. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you’ll choose to reorder from my shop with the correct address. Went Designing is not responsible for orders that are lost or not delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or non-verified address. If your package has not arrived in 6 weeks, please contact me for assistance.

My order hasn't arrived!

We all know shipping is A Thing™️ in recent times, but if the address on your order is correct and it has been shipped and you still haven't received your order by the last date in your estimated delivery range, please reach out to let me know. You can also contact USPS/your shipping carrier and file a claim. Once your tracking says delivered, Went Designing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

My order arrived but an item is missing or wrong!

😬 I do my best to check and double-check all orders while packaging, but sometimes I make mistakes. If your order arrived and you received the wrong item or something is missing, please reach out through Etsy message for a resolution. I may require you to return incorrect items and will provide a return shipping label in that case.

Can you customize an enamel pin or sticker design for me?

Possibly! If you’re interested in a custom enamel pin or sticker or an altered version of a design I already offer, please reach out through Etsy message. Custom enamel pins or stickers are subject to a separate design fee and may require a minimum order quantity. Wholesale pricing may be available for larger orders.

Can I order a large number of pins for my wedding or event?

Absolutely! I’m so honored that you’re interested in using my pin as a gift at your event or as part of your big day! Before placing your order, please reach out to me through Etsy message to ensure I have enough quantity to cover your needs. Depending on the quantity you need, I may be able to offer a price break.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates and International Shipping

I cannot guarantee any shipping dates, especially during holidays or high-volume shipping times. Etsy will give you an estimated delivery range during checkout. This range is an estimate provided by Etsy and its shipping partners. I have no control over this estimate and while it is generally correct, it does not account for delays caused by global events, strikes, or other postal phenomenon. International shipping can take anywhere between 2 – 6 weeks or more, depending on destination and shipping method. All international orders, including stickers, are shipped in a padded poly mailer with First Class minimum postage.

Our enamel pins are thoroughly inspected and graded as “standard” or “seconds”. We always strive to provide the best of the best of all our products; however, our enamel pins are handmade and are not always perfect.

Standard pins are almost “practically perfect in every way”. However, due to the nature of enamel pins, standard pins may include very minor imperfections such as minor scratches in the metal or enamel and/or minor, barely noticeable specks or smudges on the enamel.

Seconds pins have slightly more noticeable flaws. These flaws may include obvious scratches or marks on the metal or enamel, obvious specks or smudges in the enamel, small air bubble holes in the enamel, obvious blemishes, or enamel on the metal, and/or other slightly noticeable markings.

Listings that do not include the option for “seconds” are assumed “standard” quality. We will never send out any enamel pins that are unacceptably scratched or marked.
