This retro chicken is from the 60's molds my grandmother gave me when she was 93.
I like the size and attitude of this chicken and thought it would stand out in bright colors!

~ All items are handmade and dimensions reflect some variation.
~ We make every effort to create a quality item for each order.
~ Hand painted at Ek Creations Studio.
~ Please remember, colors may vary from monitor to monitor!

Technical notes:
~ All ceramics are made using slip cast molds. The majority are from the 1960's.
~ Ceramics are glazed on the bottom but do have small marks from required stilts in the kiln process.
~ Pottery items must sit directly on a kiln shelf and are not glazed on the bottom.
~ Multiple glazes are used in our creations. We use only food safe glazes unless otherwise noted.
~ Items are made from either low fire (cone 05) clays or mid range (cone 5) clays.
