A sunny yellow patchwork throw, hand-quilted for a gentle drape. It features a freeform colorblock design of various yellows with a bit of contrast from soft blues and a small polka dot print.

Measures about 47" wide and 44" tall, a nice manageable size for a lap throw or a child's blanket.

The top was sewn by machine from quilting cotton fabrics and then stitched by hand together with batting and a white muslin backing. The edges were then finished with a double-fold binding by machine.

All completed quilts are given a wash and dry before being photographed, giving them the characteristic crinkly quilt look.

Measurements: 44 inches x 47 inches
Materials: 100% cotton fabrics, 99% cotton batting with 1% synthetic scrim
Care instructions: Gentle machine wash on cold and dry on low.

The possibilities for quilted patchwork are endless! I'm willing to discuss any idea you might have. Just send me a message to let me know what you have in mind along with dimensions, color palette, or fabric print/pattern preferences, and we can work out things from there.

If there is already a listed item you like but the size or colors are not quite to your liking, I can also custom create something similar to suit your specified needs.

Smaller items can take up to 2 weeks to complete. Larger items can take about 4-5 weeks. More time may be needed depending on size, complexity, or order volume.

Blankets: Wash as directed for cotton or otherwise specified. Gentle cycle wash on cold and tumble dry on low.

Other: Generally, spot clean. If you must wash the item, do so by hand gently and then lay flat to dry. Do not put it through the dryer. Use an iron or steamer to smooth out any crinkles that develop. You can mound it over a towel or stuff it (if it's a pouch or pillow) to create a bit of tension to aid the smoothing process.
