Orders are sent to the printing lab within 24–48 hours.
Processing begins once submitted and takes 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday.
Weekend orders begin processing on Monday.
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

1. All sales are final.
2. Posters are printed on poster paper.
3. Frames are not included with poster orders.
4. Posters are custom printed after each order is received and cut to the specific requirements of that individual order. Because each poster is uniquely printed and tailored for the customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Poster shipments require careful handling, and unfortunately, mishaps can happen during transit even when items are packaged with care.

Posters ship with USPS Ground Advantage.
Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days, not including delays or holidays.
Tracking may take up to 5 business days to update.
Addresses cannot be changed once processing has started.
If tracking says delivered but your package is missing, please wait 24 hours, then contact your local post office for Geo-tracking.
The shop is not responsible for postal delays or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, a reprint of the same item will be sent.
Photo proof is required of the damage.
Each order is custom printed after purchase and made specifically for the customer’s selected size and options. Because every piece is produced to order, including custom printing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
