●▬▬▬►HOW TO INSTALL YOUR SHADE
We have created all our shades with a large 4cm ring at the top of the shade. This allows your shade to be used as a DIY pendant that works for both plug-in or hardwire installations.
The large ring can simply be put over an existing bulb holder or used as a plug-in option, which means there is also no additional cost to have a qualified electrician hard-wire your shades to the ceiling. Making sure everyone can enjoy our shades whether you own or rent your home. And if you are moving home, you can easily pack down your shade and take with you.
NB. If you do require the smaller ring option with an adjustable cap, please contact us directly for a custom order.
Please note -
The 4cm ring will have your light bulb sitting at the top of the shade. (Not in the centre)
The smaller ring will have your light bulb sitting in the middle of your shade (adjustable)
Please note the Empire, Luna & Louis Shades (only) come with a frame. Insert the frame from the bottom of the shade

●▬▬▬►HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SHADE
Once you have received your shade, gently open and stretch into shape, and get ready to install your shade. Please do allow a bit of time for your linen shade to drop into place.
Please DO NOT be tempted to spray or lightly spritz your linen shade to remove creases or help the shade fall into place. Our shades DO NOT like water or even a slight mist. This can cause the linen to come away from the rattan frame. (Which cannot be fixed)

EXCHANGES
