Make sure to check your receipt for the schedule to ship by date. Once shipped tracking will show an estimated delivery date.

Orders outside the US may take 2-6 weeks to arrive.

If you'd like to get something by a specific date please leave me note a note during check out or it will only ship on the scheduled ship date shown on the receipt.

Please double check the address before checking out. If the order has not been shipped just message me and I'll fix it*. If the order has been shipped out you'll need to contact your local post office/USPS to re-route it.

*You are responsible for shipping charge changes.

If your order is lost in transit I will file a claim with USPS and replace the items once USPS have closed the case.

If your order was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it contact your local post office and neighbors. If you can still not locate your package the next step is to file a report with both the police and your local post office for package theft.

Shipping delays are not uncommon, especially around a major holiday. We are not responsible for these delays, please contact USPS with any inquiries with a delayed package.

Unfortunately once a package leaves my possession I cannot control how it is handled. If an order is damaged/broken you can file a claim via USPS.

We do not accept returns.

If you have any issues with your order please message me. I'll be happy to work with a customer on any issue. In the case of refunding, shipping cost will not be refunded.

☞ Please do not consume products, they are not food!

Tub Care ☞ For bath bombs a clean tub is recommended. Mica may stick to a tub but will wipe clean with a rag. Rinse tub after bath. Caution while exiting the tub as it may be slick.

Candle Care ☞ When first lighting your soy candle, light the wood wick from the side and not the top. The flame will spread across the wick. On the first burn, be sure to let the candle burn long enough to form a melt pool, which is letting the melted wax cover the entire top all the way to the glass. This will ensure your candle will burn properly and not form a tunneling of melted wax in the middle of the candle. Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time. Tins/Jars may become hot.
