✦ Please use "choose a set" dropdown to select the quantity, this will apply the discounted bulk prices.
✦ Select your favorite Text Font from the product images. We can print any text color & background color you’d like. Share word placement (center, arch along the bottom or top edge, on a circle, maybe something else)
✦ Send your images via Etsy chat or to mugsandpins [!at] gmail.com
For best results, share a high quality image where the subject is centered.
Acceptable File Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS.
✦ Let me know if you want text printed around the outer edge of the button. This text is visible when the button is turned over and is not visible from the front (an example is shown in the product photos).

2. Approve proof
We offer free proof upon request! Make sure to include it on your order during checkout.
Review proof within 12-24 hours after you share your design needs

Shipping and delivery:

- Average turnaround time is 1-2 business days (after mock up is approved).
- Free shipping for orders over $35.00 USD
- Do you need expedited shipping? Upgrade shipping during checkout. Priority Mail (2-3 days) & Express Mail (1-2 days) are available.

For your best experience:

✅ Ensure the mailing address is complete and correct. Check for correct unit or apt. numbers.
✅ Make sure that you are sending a high quality image that can be easily cropped into a circle. If you are unsure if an image will work, please contact me via Etsy messenger.
✅ Proofs are only sent if requested at checkout. Please make this request in the notes to seller area at checkout.
✅ Fast feedback and proof approval allow us to move the process faster. Any delay on the design approval on the part of the client will cause delay in processing time.
✅ Please note that colors may slightly vary on printed paper versus screen. This is due to the color show up different on the computer or mobile screen versus ink on paper. Lighting, brightness and screen resolution may influence this.
✅ For the best assistance, please reach out to USPS for delivery delays, missing, stolen or damaged packages. Unfortunately, once orders are shipped out I have no control over shipping.
