- Avoid contact with oils (including oily skin or biological factors) lotions, perfumes and other chemicals.
- Avoid swimming, showering, sleeping or working out in your jewelry to prolong its life.
- Moisture from showering, exercising etc. will cause the plating to wear off so we recommend not leaving your jewelry in a damp environment.
- A plated jewelry cleanser may be used to clean your jewelry with as well as a soft cloth to polish them.
- We recommend storing your jewelry in an airtight container to prevent oxidation when not being worn.

- At times, items may be on pre-order due to us not having the supplies currently to make your jewelry. A lot of the time, the items can ship sooner than the posted date but keep in mind there are currently shipping delays with Covid-19 so it may take the full amount of time marked at checkout.
- You are not eligible for a refund if you no longer want the items, no cancellations will be made for pre-order items. Etsy lets you know how long shipping will take and an estimate of a date when you checkout, that is when you will receive your item by.
- If you bundle pre-order items with items currently in stock - all items will be shipped by the pre-order date unless you want to pay shipping twice if this is the case please make separate purchases.

ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE NICKEL/LEAD FREE AND HYPOALLERGENIC
GOLD PLATED - This process is when a metal such as brass or copper has been dipped in a thin coating of precious metals such as gold or silver. Our gold plated products go through a high quality, quick bonding electroplating process so the jewelry can last years under the proper care. Please keep in mind jewelry is delicate and must be properly cared for to last a long time!
GOLD FILLED - This process is similar to gold plating however the amount of gold used is much thicker. These products still include a base metal (copper or brass) but have a much thicker coating of gold or silver. This process reduces tarnishing up to 15x more than gold plating, the price is usually a bit higher due to this.
STERLING SILVER - Sterling silver (925) is a blend of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals such as copper or brass. Since there is a blend of other metals in this material, you'll need to follow our care instructions still so your jewelry does not tarnish. While it is perfect for sensitive skin and will last forever, SS is also fragile but stronger than real gold so earring posts made from sterling silver may bend easily (i.e in shipment) but can be easily put back in their place.
STAINLESS STEEL - Stainless steel is an incredibly durable, long lasting material hence why it's used in many surgical instruments. The hardness durability factor of stainless steel ranks between 5-6 on the MOHS Hardness Scale while silver, gold and brass only rank between 2-4. This means it is much less likely to be scratched, chipped or bent over time. While stainless steel does not tarnish, you still have to care for it properly and clean any build up off your jewelry regularly. All body jewelry is made from surgical stainless steel.
CUBIC ZIRCONIA (CZ) - These beautiful stones are always mistaken for real diamonds without a microscope, carrying many of the same properties of real diamonds at a fraction of the cost. These are known as synthesized diamonds made from the crystallized form of zirconium dioxide. While usually white, we sometimes offer other CZ colors in our pieces as well. They sparkle and shine just as much as real diamonds and no one will know the difference but you!
MICRO PAVE - This process is when very small, high quality cubic zirconia has been specifically placed into its own groves in the jewelry piece. This makes the cubic zirconium much less likely to be damaged, crushed or fall out over time. Since there is a hole holding each diamond in place that has been precisely put into each grove this creates a perfect place for the diamonds to stay whereas non-micro pave style cubic zirconia pieces are more or less just glued into the jewelry and are more likely to fall out over time.
