How long will it take for my order to reach me?

• I ship USPS from Ann Arbor, MI via First Class Mail to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. Domestic orders will have tracking information and take between 4 to 6 business days once shipped for travel. • International orders (outside the USA) take about 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. • I strive to ship out every order within 48 hours, however, USPS has been very slow since the Year-That-Must-Not-Be-Mentioned, and some orders have been delayed for several weeks. Please be patient! It would be greatly appreciated.

My card says "Delivered" but I don't have it yet. Where is it?

Etsy uses their own label and tracking system through Pitney Bowes, and it is notoriously unreliable (the bane of the shopkeeper's existence, but Etsy doesn't offer us any other choices.) I've found that when the package says, "delivered", that usually means your home post office has scanned it in, but may not have delivered it yet. It is usually delivered within the next 24-48 hours. If you don't receive it by tomorrow, please let me know and I can send out another one in the mail or we can figure something else out.

Cards and stickers are sent via First Class Mail, which uses Etsy's tracking system through Pitney Bowes which is not accurate. Orders to the continental U.S. will be marked complete when they are in the mail and should arrive within 7-10 days, depending on your location. If you want more accurate tracking or need your sticker or card faster, please send me a message! Cards going outside the continental U.S. can take between 14 to 30 days, depending on location.

RUSH PRODUCTION:

THIS ONLY AFFECTS THE PRODUCTION TIME: delivery will still take the normal USPS delivery time, 3-5 business days for continental US orders.

You order a card on Monday and pay for RUSH ORDER.
Card will be in the mail first thing Tuesday
USPS takes delivery
Card will be delivered Thursday or Friday.

Please note that once USPS has the package (you will see that it is out of the "Pre-Transit status" in the tracking information) it is out of my hands when you get it. There is no refund for orders once they are out of "pre-transit status", though I will work with you anyway I reasonably can to make sure that you are not out your hard-earned money or a card! (We're not monsters here!😉
