How To customize Your Order

Many of our products are available with customization and personalization options. Often we will require the customization requests be notated in the message to seller box in checkout as Etsy only allows two drop down menus per listing. It is important to specify any chain length, initial, gemstone, or display card requests in checkout if you do not see a dedicated drop box menu for these options. We are ALWAYS happy to alter an item to your specific needs upon request, just let us know what you'd like in checkout notes, or, contact us prior to ordering!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Absolutely ALL of our products leave our shop in sturdy gift boxes and our signature wrap. We also send along care instructions, a storage baggie and a handy polishing cloth for general maintenance of your jewelry. There is an option for our more formal "Black Tie" gift wrap which includes a black box, satin ribbon and die cut tags for a nominal upcharge.

Sterling silver & Gold Filled Facts

**What is gold fill?: Gold filled jewelry is NOT the same as gold plate. Gold filled jewelry contains a much higher amount of pure gold than plated products. Gold filled jewelry is wearable for a lifetime, while gold plating will wear away over time with consistent use. Gold filled jewelry is a safe option for those who have metal allergies. Gold filled jewelry is nickel free. **Is your silver jewelry sterling silver?: YES! We sell sterling silver and gold filled jewelry, unless otherwise noted within the listing, in an effort to offer the highest quality, sustainable products that can be enjoyed for a lifetime.

Our current processing time is about 1-3 business days. This does not include transit time. Please note that larger orders and hand stamped items may take a bit longer. If you are needful of your items within a very short period of time, or by a specific date it is extremely important to let us know this in the message to seller box in checkout, or via Etsy conversation.

Due to a massive increase in shipping disruptions stemming from the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, we are not currently shipping overseas.

Dedicated Customer Service

We are happy to answer any and all questions regarding our products and services. If you contact us directly through Etsy's message system you can typically expect a response within a few hours with the exception of weekends and busier seasons.

Absolutely all of our gemstones are natural and created by Mother Earth, not a lab technician. So, this means that each gem will be completely one of a kind, and may have some minor inclusions or cleavage that is both normal and natural and makes each piece perfectly unique. We are very careful to not send stones that are damaged, meaning, we do not send stones that have large chunks missing or gashes. We hand select each stone based on visual appeal and are confident you will adore them as much as we do.

****Our silver jewelry is made with .925 sterling silver wire, chain and clasps. Nickel free and will never chip, flake, change color or cause skin irritations. Safe to wear every single day. Most of the charms and components are 100% sterling silver as well. Silver loves to be worn and is safe to wear in water but should not come in contact with harsh chemicals. Sterling silver is prone to tarnish over time. There is nothing that will completely prevent tarnishing, but it is easily removed with any silver polishing cloth or cream. Silver being worn continuously will stay bright.

****Our gold jewelry is made with 14k gold filled chain, wire and clasps. The term gold filled means that it is a solid layer of pure gold(14k), bonded to a base metal such as brass, but wears like solid gold. It is not recommended to be worn in water. It is still hypo-allergenic, nickel free and will never chip, flake, change color or cause skin irritations. Some of our designs may incorporate components from a third party that are bronze, or a vermeil style gold plate. This is 40 micro inches of 98.5% pure gold plated over sterling silver with a fine layer of nickel in between and finished with a nano-polymer coating to protect the surface and repel oxidation. This will be the same for our rose gold products. If you have a question about metals used in a certain design, please ask!
