Our most frequently asked question: What's the difference between standard and wide tab dividers? A: Using page protectors in your recipe binder will hide the tabs on the standard dividers. If you plan to use protectors, we strongly recommend sizing up to the wide tabs, which are a very specific .625 inches wider. We've found this is the perfect width to extend the tabs out for visibility, while they remain protected in most binders.

My Order Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

For any orders shipped with first-class postage, we will gladly replace the item free of charge. As of 07/01/2021, we are no longer able to submit claims on behalf of customers for items damaged in transit with USPS Priority Mail. You will need to present the damaged item(s) *and packaging* to the post office in order to receive your refund per USPS guidelines, so do not dispose of either until your claim has been filed and you have received a letter from the post office with further instructions to present the item(s). We apologize for any inconvenience.

All our binders are 10.5x11.5 inches, with a 2-inch spine. They have three 1.5-inch rings and will hold US letter-sized pages (8.5x11 inches). We don't currently offer mini binders or European sizes.

I purchased the wrong size tabs. How do I exchange them?

The best way to exchange an item is to return it and reorder the correct one. Please start by sending me a message and I will provide a return label. A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
