Crowns can be heavy and may need to be pinned into hair for them to stay in place. Clean crowns with a dry cloth only; water may cause the wire to rust, and chemicals may cause damage or color alteration to the stores. When storing your crown, make sure to insert it into the box diagonally as it comes shipped; we do this so that it fits tightly in the box, and isn't knocked around during shipment.

YES I do custom and personanlized orders; almost any crown or barette you see on the website can be customized with different stones, charms and centerpieces.

Please note- I have a no returns/exchanges policy on custom orders, as they are customized for you personally and I can't re-sell something that was made specifically for someone. If you receive your piece and really have an issue with it, I encourage you to please send me a message and we can figure out a way to make sure you're happy with your piece!

I typically will not message or send customers photos of their crowns in progress unless they specifically request that I do that. If you want photos of the process, please message me when you place your order so I know!

Our 2 crownsmiths also work full-time day jobs, and we often get so inundated with orders that a bulk/wholesale order could put us severely behind on our production schedule. Our crowns come on a metal headband, the headbands are around 6" deep and 5" in width, but they are flexible. They also come with a velvet backer on the back side of the stones, which protects the wearer from being scratched by any wires, or from uncomfortable stones. The velvet band also makes the crown stay on a bit better, although we do still recommend securing the crown into your hair with a bobby pin. If you're concerned this item will not fit, consider our comb-style crowns, which can be tucked into the hair or into a bun! We have a variety of sizes of comb-style crowns, from larger 4.5" width pieces to mini crowns, which are around 2" in width. These can also be pinned in to secure them.
