What are your items made from?

My blanks are laser cut from either 5mm birch plywood or 3mm MDF, depending on the product. Both are sanded and ready to go the moment they arrive — no prep work needed on your end.

How long will it take to get my order?

I process orders within 3–5 business days, then ship via USPS. Once it's on its way, you'll get a tracking number so you can stalk the package like the rest of us do.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're local to Buckley, WA, use code LOCAL at checkout. Once your order is ready, I'll send you the address and you can swing by for a porch pickup. Easy, free, and no USPS required.

Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes! It really depends on the request. The best thing to do is send me a message with what you have in mind and I'll let you know if it's something I can make happen. I love a good creative challenge — just ask nicely.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final. Because each piece is made to order and ships ready to create, I'm not able to accept returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please reach out — I'm a real person and I want to make it right.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Possibly! It depends on the quantity and the product. Send me a message with the details and we'll figure out if it's something we can work with together.

I'm not very crafty — will I be able to work with these blanks?

That's literally who I made this shop for. Every blank ships sanded and prepped — all you need to bring is a little paint and a willingness to try. You've got this. I promise.
