Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not currently offer gift wrapping and packaging.

For all apparel items, there is a sizing chart included in the listing. Please note all sizes are unisex. I recommend laying out your favorite shirt or pullover and measuring it to help decide which size works best for you. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sizing errors. Please refer to the sizing chart prior to ordering.

Production and Shipping

Please note that production times are separate from shipping times. Currently production times are approximately 2-10 business days. Typically orders go out quicker, but it can take longer during the holiday season. It's best to order as soon as possible if you are needing an item by Christmas. We CAN NOT guarantee delivery by a specific date, but we do encourage you to order prior to December 8th in order to have the best chance of receiving your item by Christmas. Shipping times may vary due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped it is out of my control. I appreciate your understanding that this is not a reflection of my production time.

Returned Items - Lost Items

Please double check that your address is correct at checkout. If items are returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid for your items to be sent back out to your correct address. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Once the item leaves our facility, it is out of our control. Please contact the shipping company to resolve any issues or file a claim. Additionally, if an item shows to be delivered, but was not received we are unable to refund or re-ship your order. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items - Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please reach out to me within 7 days of receipt. Please include a picture of the wrong or damaged product. We will then issue a replacement item.
