If a piece has foiled gemstones and closed back settings, the item should not be cleaned with liquid or come in contact with water. If this does happen the foil can tarnish due to liquid getting on or behind the stones. You should just wipe these items down with a dry cloth. Also you should avoid washing your hands with foiled gemstone rings and bracelets on.

This stickpin is in rich buttery yellow 14 karat gold that has wave like details. It features a chunky old European cut diamond and a pearl with such great luster you can see your reflection in it! It does come with a clutch on the end that is base metal but works perfectly for securing the beauty to your clothing! The pin itself weighs 1.60 grams ( including the stones but excluding the clutch)
