Within a couple minutes of purchase, you will receive an email from Corjl.com with a link to your template to the email address YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH ETSY.

*IF your email address is no longer valid

- Go straight to Corjl.com.
- Use the email address you HAVE ON FILE with Etsy (whether valid or not)
- Use the Order Number (NOT transaction number) on your order.

Make sure you are NOT signed in with Apple ID when purchasing. Your email address is hidden and no link will be able to be sent to you. This will delay your ability to access your file(s) until I am available to change out your email address with Corjl.

Instant Download files can be downloaded via the download arrow located next to your order in your purchases section.

*DOWNLOADING FROM PHONE*

Etsy App does NOT support downloading.
- Log out of Etsy App.
- Using Google search engine, go to your account and log in.
- Find order in your purchases/reviews section.
- Download arrows should now be visible to download from.

* If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to the email address associated with your order after purchase.
