The whole process, from shearing, spinning, and dying the wool to weaving, washing, and transporting the rug, takes roughly between 2 to 5 weeks. In the winter months, the drying process takes a bit longer, so please allow an additional 1 week for delivery.

For shipments to the USA and to Europe, it's on us. All of our prices include the cost of shipping.

For international orders, it depends on where you live. Shipping rates will populate during checkout.

If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged where applicable. Incredible rug! I was so excited to get it! We knew production time was going to be 4-8 weeks but I was hoping it would come before we had to go out of the country. It did get delivered while we were out of the country, but the wait was so worth it. Customer service kept me updated on its production progress (“it’s 70% finished”, etc) to give me a time frame when it will be shipped. The rug is so plush. I saw a similar rug on wayfair but its quality was not worth it for the price point. The quality of THIS rug is much better, it’s less expensive compared for other machine made rugs on the market for the same size, and I’m always happy to support artisans.
