Update – 1/26/2026: I have now received customs charges for this item, which shipped from Hong Kong. I have two primary concerns with this purchase. First, the quality does not justify the $500 price. The painting appears poorly executed, and the level of detail shown in the original listing images was not reflected in the item I received. The final product does not match the quality advertised. Second, the shipping information was misleading. The listing stated the item ships from Mexico; however, it was shipped from China and Hong Kong. Had I known this, I would not have made the purchase. When I raised this concern, the seller stated items are shipped from whichever location is cheapest, which is inappropriate given the price paid. Overall, the item was underwhelming, and I am dissatisfied with the value received.
