HOW DO I GET MY FILES?

IF YOU HAVE AN ETSY ACCOUNT: After your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Another way to retrieve them is to go to the top right of your screen and click on "YOU". Then click on "Purchases" and you will see your file ready to download. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes. We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.

HOW DO I GET MY FILES IF I DON'T HAVE AN ETSY ACCOUNT?

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

What is the difference in Sublimation Print (PNG) and Cut Files (SVG, etc)?

Sublimation Print (PNG) cannot be altered except to size up or down a little and add personalization, whereas Cut Files (SVG, etc) can be made super small (like for coffee mugs or smaller up to billboard size and not lose any sharpness. With PNG files you need a printer to print off the design and heat press to apply to your product. With SVG you need a cutting machine like Cricut or Silhouette (and update at least to Designer Edition) to cut out your design using vinyl, cardstock, paper, etc. You can also make alterations besides sizing to SVG such as colors, omitting or adding designs to it. You can add personalization to either with computer editing software programs.

Do you take custom orders and what about proofs on digital orders?

I am always open to it! Just send your request through Etsy messages and I will get back to you asap! It would not be an "instant" download like the ones in the shop as I would need to create it and then email the file to you. I do finish orders quickly however! PROOFS ON DIGITAL ORDERS: I offer ONE proof at no additional charge. You can choose either original submitted design or 1st proof at no additional charge. After that, there is a charge for each proof added to cost of your order.

Can you give me a little more information on the types of files and uses?

SVG Files: High quality vector files used in: Cricut Design Space Silhouette Designer Edition Business Edition Make the Cut (MTC) Sure Cuts a Lot (SCAL) Brother Scan and Cut “Canvas DXF Files: Will look like the design but no color. Used in Silhouette Studio (Basic Edition) PNG Files: These files are high quality and have a transparent background (no white background). JPEG Files: These files are basically photos and supported on almost all programs. Used if you just want to print the picture. EPS Files: Can be used with: CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Inkscape. Sometimes used for embroidery files.
