We take orders for personalization of toys. We can embroider a monogram on the toy or the child’s full name. Personalization makes the toy even more unique and strengthens the child's connection with it. Such a gift will be remembered for a long time.

Rules of my shop. Please read before making a purchase

If you are unhappy with your purchase - please write to me and we will solve the problem. Unfortunately, in our store, you cannot cancel the order. Please carefully read all descriptions and rules before you make a purchase. Exchange of goods - is impossible. Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you: - have been contacted me within 1 weeks after receiving the order. - have been sent within 15 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)

Refunds, exchanges, cancellation

When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances. All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense. 1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions. 2. Refund will be made only after we get our item back 3. No refunds for custom orders. 4. No refunds for items from section Sale. 5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.

I have no PayPal account. Can I pay with credit card?

Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below: 1. Click "Pay with PayPal" at the end of the checkout process. 2. Now you are at PayPal. Click "Continue" to pay with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account. 3. Enter your credit card and personal info. Click "Review Order and Continue." 4. Review your order. If everything is correct, Click "Pay (dollar amount) Now."

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Usually, we ship by airmail with tracking number, if you need faster delivery - contact me. Estimated shipping times North America: 3-5 weeks Europe: 2-4 weeks Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks Asia Pacific: 3-6 weeks Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-6 weeks North Africa and the Middle East: 3-6 weeks Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-6 weeks I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please note that during holidays and sales seasons, delivery times may be longer due to mail load.

▶ How to care for the products with metal fittings:
A backpack:
1. Can be washed in a washing machine, delicate mode. NOTE: wash cycle duration should not exceed 25-30 minutes, max temperature 30°C (86°F)
2. Do not bleach. It corrodes the metal.
3. IMPORTANT: after the wash, the product must be dried well. Do not leave the product wet (on a towel or leave hung to drain). In case of long water contact, the metal fittings may rust. That is why the product must be wrung out well (in a washing machine) to avoid rust. Hang it to dry in a well ventilated area.
