Very pretty antique glass and brass jewelry casket/box with bevelled glass. The latch works well and shuts firmly. The box is lined in a buttery colored silk velvet that is embossed with a floral motif. There is a minor issue with the glass at the back of the box ... it's is chipped but quite shallow and you don't really notice unless you run your finger along it.
