As custom order we could make any item you want. We could make rug with our design but in other size or we could make you own design and size.

Wool products need gentle care. Ventilate and dry it twice a year on a warm day. Be careful with the sun: paints could burn out. Also, keep it away from excessive moisture.
For proper storage of wool products, we recommend packing them in a loose package to make sure there is some air inside. For more confidence, put a moth remedy or several sprigs of lavender in there.
Purity and freshness. The simplest option to get rid of stains is dry cleaning. It can be done on its own or dry-cleaner by cleaning contaminated areas on the item. We recommend you to ventilate the product after any chemical treatment.
Wool products must be washed by hand. The water should be up to 30℃/86℉.

All items are packed in a craft bag with our logo. So it could be sent as a gift.

When returning the goods, the shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
All shipping costs are always covered by the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.
1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.

5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
6. No refunds for unclaimed packages.
These packages can be sent to the buyer again. Shipping costs, in this case, are on the client.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Usually, we ship by airmail with tracking number, if you need faster delivery - contact me.
