Are your items all handmade

Every item listed is handmade by me. I have been making miniatures for many years and am a skilled designer, artist and dressmaker.

Do you combine shipping?

YES - Etsy will do this automatically for you on items purchased in a single transaction. Currently all international orders are shipped with TRACKING (any amount of combined items in one order EXCEPT USA which adds £1 per item due to new tariffs). Tracking details are added to your order after shipping. UK orders are sent 48hrs tracked. See Shipping for more details.

How long will my item take to arrive

All items listed are ready to ship; no production time is required. I am based in Scotland and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receipt. Orders placed before 11am on a weekday are usually shipped the same day; orders placed after 11am are shipped on the next working day. UK orders typically arrive within one week but may take longer. International orders may take 7–28 days to arrive. All items are sent via Royal Mail.

Will my package be tracked?

All international orders are sent tracked, with tracking details added on the day of posting. Multiple items can be added to one order and shipped for a single postage cost. We do not profit from shipping and often absorb additional delivery charges. UK orders are sent via 48-hour tracked service. Etsy labels are used, providing tracking and insurance should a non-receipt case be opened. Once dispatched, I cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Please contact me before leaving a review or opening a case.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel a physical order at any time before it has been marked as dispatched. Digital items cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been dispatched, refunds are only issued after the item is returned in good condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Can I get a refund/replacement?

Please check your goods immediately upon receipt for breakages,damage etc and contact me as soon as possible. Photographs may be required. I do not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour and will not respond to threats but will report them to Etsy. See my shop policies for full details.

Did you know that leaving a 1 or 2 star review or opening a case,even accidentally can close an etsy shop?

This small business replies on Etsy as a source of income. Reviews should not be used to reflect postal delays. A review should reflect the product and service. Please always reach out to me before leaving a low review or opening a case.

If permission is granted you cannot over produce these items or flood the market with goods made from these kits (6 max). Will there be VAT to pay on my package?

Etsy adds any VAT due to your purchase price at point of sale (depending on your country) and remits it to your government. From 1st July all packages going to European Union will be sent with IOSS(Import One-Stop Shop) number which means you will not pay any further VAT upon receipt. Import duties will still apply.
