How do I get my file to cut on my machine?

If you’re having trouble with your device, I recommend checking with the manufacturers website. If you are not familiar with how to use the software I recommend checking forums or watching tutorials online. I have found YouTube to be very helpful.

I purchased a file and now I cannot find it?

Once a digital file is purchased you should receive an email at the address you have on file with Etsy. If you are on the app, you will need to visit the Etsy Site via your web browser to download the file. You can also find your purchased files under purchases on the Etsy Site. It has been my personal experience that these can only be found on the Etsy site from a computer or laptop web browser and cannot be found on the App.
