This very minimalist and simple task matrix helps you prioritize your daily business tasks. It is optimized for business and project work. And the best: There are no distracting lines. You can write as big or small as you like on this visually calm sheet :-)

HOW DOES THIS HELP PRIORITIZE TASKS?

In the center of the worksheet you find the classic EISENHOWER MATRIX, designed in a very minimalist and simple way. This is the key to prioritizing your tasks. On the right side, there is an overview over daily tasks "DO TODAY", which can enter a backlog at the bottom called "DO TOMORROW". Task you weren't able to complete today can that way migrate to tomorrow.

In the top area there is a simple hourly schedule to keep an overview over meetings, calls, deadlines and similar. You can also use it to track your work schedule and routine.

This daily productivity planner is right for you if you have a hard time prioritizing tasks. Make sure to always break down tasks into sub-tasks that can be done in a day. That way, work is less overwhelming and will make you feel much more accomplished at the end of the day!
