This is a brand new custom made door that can attach to the OONI KODA 16. The plate is made from stainless steel. This is ONLY the door, the oven is not included.

This door has been updated to include vent holes in the front to allow for enough airflow in the oven. This enables the flame to burn hot while still keeping the heat inside. Pictures of the door with the solid front are for reference only, to see how the hinges work.

Package includes the door, a handle/knob. brackets for under the oven, hinges, and bolts and nuts. There is NO DRILLING required. Please make sure there bolt holes on the underside of your oven. The brackets we provide will bolt into these holes and attach to the oven. No drilling is required by you, just some light assembly!

All new orders will include a wooden handle that attaches! This handle only gets moderately warm, please still use some caution using it!!

We suggest purchasing one of our PIZZA STEELS for the KODA 16. This ensures a hot plate for repeated use as well as more thorough baking than a ceramic stone. This steel fits perfectly into KODA 16 mold. We offer it in 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" thicknesses.

Please ask about custom shapes or sizes, we cut custom plates all the time!!!

Great quality and fast shipping. I needed to move the door as far out from the mouth of the oven as possible in order to keep the flame lit. I’ve also found that the screws and nuts that connect the door to the oven need to be retightened periodically. The oven heats up to a much higher temperature and in half the time now, which is outstanding for controlling temp of the stone between pizzas. I am happy to report that I can now make NY style pizzas in an oven specifically designed for Neapolitan style. I have been doing 48 hour bulk fermented 58% hydration 340g dough balls, and stretching to 15 inches. The results are amazing. The bottom crust glistens with olive oil and comes out with perfect leopard spotting. I have been unable to achieve this in my range oven on a pizza steel, but the Koda 16 with this door chars perfectly!
