Highlights
Show off and protect your hard work - turn your thread art into an heirloom with a clear, 1/8" thick plexiglass shield that adds a beautiful shiny finish to make it all look professional and protect it from the elements.
You simply place the circle into the frame first and place your thread art behind it. This protective glass can be added to any new or previously purchased Stitch Life Studio frame.
Acrylic circles come with protective tape to prevent scratches, dust, and smudging from accumulating during packing and shipping. Tape is easily removed. Care instructions provided.
SIZING
Circles are 0.5" wider in diameter than the size of frame you are using it for. For example, for a 6" frame (holding a 6" embroidery hoop), the acrylic circle will be 6.5" in diameter. This allows plenty of room to cover the whole surface of the art piece and not require lots of small adjustments to keep the glass in place.
LARGE SIZES
For 10"+ sized embroideries, acrylic glass is by special order only. This glass is too heavy to hang in the frame by default, and must be glued to the frame by hand after you receive it. To reduce disappointment, I want to make sure buyers know this clearly ahead of time. If you'd like to order a 10" - 14" plexiglass insert, just send me a message and I can create a custom listing for you!
