What programs should I use to open/use these files in?

I highly recommend using a graphics software program that is specifically designed to handle large quality graphics. Such as Inkscape, Canva, Affinity Designer, Photoshop and/or Procreate. Using Microsoft Word, Paint, Silhouette Studio or Cricut Design Space is not recommended and these programs are not equipped to handle such large graphics and they will distort and/or not open properly.

What can the designs be used for?

Small business and personal use are allowed to create physical, completed products for sale (e.g., shirts, mugs, coasters, bags, puzzles, dish towels). Files can be used for DTF, sublimation, direct-to-garment printing, and screen printing created at home. A commercial license is required for selling any type of transfer (DTF, screenprint, sublimation, waterslide decals, vinyl decals, HTV vinyl, fabric, tattoos, stencils, stickers, UV decals, etc.). Digital files must be used by manufacturers in the US and/or Canada and cannot be sent overseas. Ensure fabric shops do not reuse files to sell to others.
