All the decorative pillow covers are sewn to order to actual size thats why you can choose any size that you need for a pillow cover in the fabric that you like. We do all custom sizes, if you do not see the size that you like in the size menu, just message us please.

When can I expect my order to ship?

All the pilllow covers are sewn to order thats why we need around 3-4 days to prepare your order untill its ships. However we always do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. The delivery to USA takes 4-6 business days most of the times. Depending on the season there might be a few days delay with deliveries so if you think there is a delay with your order please write us in Converstaion so we can check on your order. At the moment as the Holiday Season has started, delivery companies experince some delays with deliveries and at the Customs so there might be a few days delay with your order. In case you think there is a problem with your order and the delivery, Please make sure to write us in Conversation, we always reply quickly

Refunds, Cancellations

As all our pillow covers are custom made, unfortunately we do not offer cancellations and refunds. We do our best to reflect the item as it is, including fabric, color, photoes. Unfortunately we do not issue refunds and do cancellations due to this reasons: - Pillow covers are different then I expected Color not as expected, doesnt suite my decoration - CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ORDERS OF TWO OR MORE ITEMS - ORDERS PLACED ACCIDENTALLY OR BY MISTAKE SHALL BE CANCELLED WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY - REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS

Item is damaged or lost in the post

We do take all the responsibility for your order depending from its creation untill you get it into your hands. We take full responsibility if an item is lost in the mail, not delivered to you or arrives with some kind of defect or damaged. If an item is lost by post, we ALWAYS send you a replacement for it, the exactly same pillow as you ordered. If by any chance the pillow cover arrives damaged, we immediately send you the new item. Our customers happiness is very important for us and its our main goal.

All the pillow covers are sewn to actual size, depending which size you choose, so when you order a pillow, for example an 18 inch pillow, you can aks us to adjust the size as you like. We do not offer inserts, but you can use any standart insert pillows that goes perfect with the pillow covers. We offer to get a 2 inch bigger inserts for pillow covers if you want to get a fuller look of it.

Return due to custom reasons

We do not offer refund and cancellation, but if there is a problem with an item, you can send it back for a refund. The refund is made when the item is received by us. The shippinh expences belong to the buyer including international shipping fee and custom fees. The refund is made excluding the items shipping fees.

Custom Importing Fees

According to new US custom policies, all items shipped and imported from outside US are subject to customs importing fees We ship all packages with Dhl shipping company, so you are not required to pay any extra importing fees as they are already paid by us as a seller
