Do you offer custom orders?

Due to order volumes I can only offer small custom changes to existing designs already listed, such as wording changes or flower colour etc. An additional fee applies for the work. Please contact me to arrange a custom listing if the work you want is possible. Please allow 2-3 days for the new file to be created once the order has been placed. Proofs are sent once the order has been placed.

Can I print larger than the size advertised?

No it is not recommended to print larger than the specified size as this may cause distortion and pixelation. If you need a specific size please contact me to see if this is possible.

What colur paper should I use to print on?

Please use white paper/cardstock as any background colours or chalkboard effects form part of the design.

Are the files I purchase editable?

Only the listings with a "Templett" logo (light blue circle) are editable templates.

Can I see a proof before I purchase?

No. Apologies but work is only started once a listing has been purchased. I get many requests for colour/text changes on various listings and it would be impossible to send proofs for every request :)
